Glossary

Term	What it means
E.R.C. crate	Emergency Relief Crate — supply container needing an activator pen
E.R.C. Activator Pen	The consumable that opens one crate
Night Shade	The ancient mask on Faye's face; charged with Night Ore, it revives Calvin once
Night Ore	The resource that recharges the Night Shade
Dream Essence	Currency for talents, earned by connecting clues
Investigation Space	The deduction board where clues are linked
Talent Table	Where talents are unlocked, from the third safe room
Safe room	Save point, stash and Talent Table; enemies cannot enter
Conch record player	The save device inside a safe room
Ex Oblivione Mode	New Game Plus
Ex Oblivione Codices	Collectibles that exist only in NG+
Stomp	The finisher for downed enemies — Ctrl or the lower mouse side button
Shoggoth	The chapter 3 boss
Slither Prime	The final boss
